Teleconsultation is a telemedicine service where your healthcare provider offers remote clinical consultations through electronic communication.

At Crest Surgical Practice, this involves online video consultations, supplemented by clinical photographs, reports, blood tests, and radiological investigations when necessary.

You can consult with your doctor from home while maintaining privacy. This virtual service allows patients to continue their care without visiting the clinic in person.

For first consultations, we recommend in-person visits to better assess your condition. If this isn’t possible due to mobility issues or being abroad, teleconsultation can be arranged. Please contact the clinic before booking, so our doctors can determine if teleconsultation is suitable.

Returning patients interested in virtual consultations should also contact the clinic for assessment.
